Joint Sealing Tapes

The main function of a joint sealing tape is to create resilient expansion joints during the setup of multi-layered floors (i.e., floating floors). Tapes are used wherever they can fill up the expansion gaps, e.g., buildings, tunnels, underground passages, bridges and roads. Joint sealing tapes have their use not only in traditional construction but in wooden and frame construction as well.

Advantages of Joint Sealing Tapes:

  • Lightness
  • Durability
  • Thanks to its resilience they eliminate the undesired effects of thermal expansion and swelling
  • They acoustically and thermally insulate the contacting construction elements.
  • They do not age
