On 30.10.2013, The Company Santar s.c. Agnieszka Jóźwicka Daniel Sanowski announces the commencement of proceedings for the competitive procurement of a contract through a public contract notice. The contract is to be conducted in the form of a public tender.

The contract concerns the project "Implementation of innovative technologies of polyethylene foam packaging production by the Santar company", realised within the framework of the Regional Operational Programme of Lodz Voivodeship for 2007-2013;

The Subject of the contract:
MILLING PLOTTER
Specification as follows or its equivalent:
Minimum requirements:
Range of movement: 1500 x 2500 x 100 mm (X,Y,Z axis)
AC digital servo drives with real time Ethernet communication (or equivalent)
High-Speed Machining (HSM) (or an equivalent solution to achieve the highest productivity while maintaining high dynamic accuracy).
Automatic adjustment of the tool length, allowing the mill to be positioned at any depth in the tool holder.
The machine itself measures the length and corrects the Z axis to ensure the tool tip is at the correct height.
Pneumatic oscillating head
Automatically lifted milling head
Operating computer with controls and interpolator built into the mobile control panel with software controlling the operation of the machine, which itself is a default user interface (or equivalent solution)
Control cabinet equipped with lockable castors, allowing flexible adjustment of the position of the console to the machine setting and ensuring an ergonomic workstation
Vacuum table
MSoftware module automatically generating a toolpath using .dxf, .plt, .hpgl, .txt files, etc.
All bids submitted in foreign currencies will be converted to PLN at the average NBP rate as of the date of selection of the most favourable bid.

The bid should be submitted in writing and include:

- it is not possible to submit partial bids.
